The members of our team recognize the need for flexible project consulting, individually designed to exceed the needs of the client.

There is no typical client that we encounter. Every situation is unique and must be addressed with the client’s specific goals in mind.

Since the early 1990’s we have been engaged to conduct studies for city governments, hotel management companies, real estate developers, banks, REIT’s, investors and individuals. Our clients may own and operate 200 hotels or be developing/buying their first.

Our team has designed and conducted countless research studies involving customers, competition, brand impacts, product improvements, market feasibility, consumer awareness, attitudes, opinion, identity and image.
