While we do have a range of feasibility studies to work with and will try to accommodate our clients with performance and fee, we will not attempt to conduct a market review if we are asked to eliminate essential steps in an effort to reduce fees.

In these cases, it is virtually impossible to get an accurate assessment of the market situation. In turn, more risks are immediately involved with the project. We also cannot stand behind our work in these situations. Understandably, we avoid them.

Some of our clients need additional issues addressed during the course of the assignment. When necessary, we can have the schematic design of the subject hotel generated as part of the report. We can also obtain preliminary cost estimates on the subject property as well.
